You're Not as Behind on AI as You Think
If it feels like every other business owner already has AI figured out, they don't. Most of what you're seeing online is marketing.
Why It Feels This Way
Every week there's a new tool claiming to replace half your job. Founders post about automating their entire business before breakfast. It's designed to make you feel like you're missing something urgent. Most of the time, you're not.
Almost none of it applies to your business. A tool built for a 200-person marketing team won't fix how your invoices go out, or how long your team spends answering the same question for the tenth time this month.
What AI Replaces
AI isn't one big thing you adopt. It's a handful of specific tasks that get faster, or disappear completely. Drafting a quote. Summarizing a call. Answering a question you've already answered fifty times.
If a tool doesn't remove something real from your week, it doesn't matter how advanced it is. That's the only test that matters.
Start With the Task, Not the Technology
Don't ask how to use AI. Ask what repetitive task ate up your time this week. That question points you toward something worth automating. The AI is just how it gets solved, not the goal itself.
The answers we hear most: scheduling back and forth, manual data entry, repetitive follow-up emails, pulling the same report every month.
You Don't Need to Catch Up on All of It
You need the two or three things that are actually costing you time. That's where we start with every business we work with. Not a crash course in AI, just a clear look at what's eating your week, and what to fix first. 🎯
